One of Adam’s key achievements has been successfully running retrofitting audits and workshops tailored for business leaders in Bolsover. These workshops have helped local companies understand how they can improve their sustainability and environmental performance, ultimately contributing to the area’s economic and environmental growth.

Adam’s approach to connecting with others in the community primarily involves phone calls, networking events, and marketing. He also leverages word of mouth and actively participates in the Business in Bolsover Group, working with local businesses to share knowledge and support each other’s growth.
