An exciting new partnership has been forged between Bolsover District Council owned company Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Ltd, and Clowne-based marketing agency, Hello Social Avenue

The Dragonfly team, who are leading on the £15million investment funded projects, including a brand-new place-led programme for Bolsover, have been working with Hello Social Avenue to create new web and social media platforms that showcase and celebrate assets and stories from the area.

Agency Director, David Coslett 🚀 says, “Working with Dragonfly has been great so far – our ambitions are aligned and we’re really excited to see where the next 12 months takes us.”

Husband and wife team Abbie and David Coslett created Hello Social Avenue in November 2022, and launch in February 2023, after David moved to the area from Surrey. The pair met working together in an office in Sheffield and applied for a Start Up grant through Bolsover District Council’s UK Shared Prosperity fund. Their aim was, and still is, to take the guesswork out of marketing, generating actual results for businesses through their guided approach and team’s impressive breadth of skills. Their success has been recognised too – as a finalist in the Steel City Breakthrough Awards in their first year. Clients have included Anderson Entertainment , ActionCOACH Sheffield , Ringwood Hall Hotel , Secure Power , The Lime Trees CiC , and Simoda Limited.

Heather Gunn, Senior Marketing Executive Officer at Dragonfly, adds, “It made perfect sense for us to utilise the expertise on our doorstep to extend our resource and help us deliver against our new Action Plan. The Hello Social team were an important part of our Place Programme launch event at Balborough Hall on 11th July, capturing photos, videos and interviews of our key stakeholders, as we celebrated our first big milestone of the new project.”

It is hoped that the partnership will bring together new ways of working; reaching new audiences and developing a confident, outward-facing strategy – positioning Bolsover as a great place to live, work, visit and do business.
