A brand‑new Bolsover Engagement Hub is set to open its doors - creating a welcoming space where the community can help shape the next chapter of the town’s story.

Opening in January 2026 at 8 Cotton Street, the hub will become a focal point for residents, businesses and local partners to get involved in the transformation of Bolsover. Staffed by the Council’s Economic Development team, it will act as a lively base for conversation, creativity and collaboration.
The hub will give people the chance to:
Share views on what matters most for Bolsover’s future
Take part in consultations on upcoming projects and improvements
Feed ideas directly into place‑based planning and regeneration work
Find out more about Council programmes, events and community activity
Meet the teams and partners driving the Bolsover Place Programme
The hub forms a key part of the Council’s wider regeneration plans, which aim to strengthen Bolsover’s identity, boost local pride and create a town centre that feels vibrant, welcoming and full of possibility.
Residents are encouraged to drop in, explore what’s planned and play an active role in shaping the future of their place.
Cabinet Member for Growth, Councillor Tom Munro, said, “This hub is a fantastic opportunity for the people of Bolsover to get involved in the regeneration of the town. By creating a space where people can come together, share ideas and engage with the plans, we’re making sure the community’s voice is at the heart of every step we take.”
Once open, the hub will host regular drop‑in sessions throughout the week and at weekends, with full details to follow.
