Want to know more about the company that supported the lowest carbon and greenhouse gas emission festival...EVER?
KB Event, one of the largest concert and event trucking companies across Europe, moving some of the biggest names in music around, just so happen to be based in Pinxton - and we couldn't be more proud to have such innovative, forward-thinking businesses in Bolsover UK.
Managing Director, Richard Burnett, and Project Manager, Howard Dearsley, collaborated closely with the Massive Attacks Production team, as well as green electricity suppliers and gas and electric truck providers. Together, they developed a logistics schedule that ensured the site’s power demands were met from setup right through to show and de-rig.
"We're incredibly proud to have supported Massive Attack in their effort to set a new standard for the music industry. The band hosted Act 1.5 Climate Action Accelerator on the Bristol Downs, the lowest carbon and greenhouse gas emission festival ever—powered entirely by renewable energy."
